
Paula Viitanen Aldazosa is an interdisciplinary artist and collaborator whose practice oscillates at the intersection of spatial design, construction, site-collaborative creation and photography. She also works in production management and technical direction, bridging artistic vision with execution.
She grew up in Finland surrounded by small bodies of water that didn’t ebb and flow, observing and capturing the world through her camera.
Since relocating to the unceded ancestral territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations on 2014, she has been engaged in the performing arts industry locally and internationally.
She holds a degree in Industrial Joinery, and a BFA in Theatre: Production and Design.
